Federica Baca

Born in Argentina, Federico spent his days growing up in the foothills of the Andes, connected with nature and looking after chickens. Following a degree in graphic design in Buenos Aires and further study in Barcelona and London, he travelled extensively, especially to India, Nepal and the far East, where he is particularly influenced by Buddhism and Eastern philosophies.

He draws his ideas from the wonder of nature, from Eastern spiritual texts and practices and trying to find the connection between self and spirit. “I am inspired by the incredible unfathomable beauty of nature and try to capture something of her spirit in my work”.

He works in his garden studio in Cambridge, watched by his two cats.
